The IT-M3140 series is a high-performance DC power supply designed for use in semiconductor testing, power module and automotive electronics testing, and burn-in applications. Its compact 2U half-rack design allows it to deliver a high output power of up to 3000W while occupying minimal rack space. With a wide voltage and current range, it is capable of powering and testing a broad range of devices, including DC-DC converters, power semiconductors, and battery-powered systems.

The series offers three output modes (CV, CC, CP), each providing the flexibility to suit different testing needs. The fast dynamic response (less than 1ms) and LIST mode simulation make it an excellent choice for testing devices that require precise control of voltage and current. It also provides protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, and other fault conditions, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
